Soul Chats provide a warm, safe, and supportive space to explore what’s on your mind and heart. Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking personal growth, or uncovering new perspectives, these sessions are thoughtfully designed to foster self-discovery, uncover conscious and unconscious patterns shaping your life, help you realize your full potential, and explore solutions to challenges.
More than just a conversation, Soul Chats provide a sacred space to process emotions, deepen self-understanding, express your truth, and gain clarity—empowering you to navigate life with greater confidence, purpose, and support.
Each session integrates guidance with evidence-based psychological frameworks, mindfulness practices, and intuitive, personalized insights. To further support your progress, tailored homework—such as actionable steps or reflections—may be provided between sessions, customized to your unique needs and goals.
Each session is 50 minutes via Zoom. For optimal results and to allow me to truly get to know you while we dive deeper, I recommend scheduling three sessions (you can save $60 with our package options). However, if you're unsure whether we're the right fit and prefer to take it one step at a time, there’s no pressure at all.
The most important thing is finding someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, so you can share openly without a filter and feel truly supported and seen.
PACKAGE OPTION: For the best results, it’s strongly recommended to schedule the sessions consecutively to ensure consistency and accountability. However, you have the flexibility to complete all three sessions within two months of your first session. Once you book and select your preferred start date and time, I’ll provide you with a weekly Zoom link for the following three weeks..
